Standard Return Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date you received order. Upon receipt by Tradition of London of the product in an unused and undamaged condition a credit will be issued. Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded
All returns must be sent back to Tradition of London Ltd. shipping prepaid. Tradition of London Ltd. has the right to refuse to issue a credit for product returns that are not received in an unused or undamaged condition.
Return of Damaged Goods
Damaged product as a result of a manufacturing defect only as deemed by Tradition of London Ltd. must be returned within 3 months of the date the order was received. To be deemed as a manufacturer’s defect, product must be returned to Tradition of London Ltd. for review.
Tradition of London Ltd. will replace the product if available. If the same product is no longer available for replacement the customer will be credited for the purchase price. Tradition of London Ltd. has the right to decline issuing a credit for product that is not deemed as a manufacturing defect.
During the ordering process you will be forwarded to PayPal's online website. To pay the Invoice amount via PayPal, identify yourself.
